ADF Classes

The ADF Dance Academy prides itself on its fun way of learning since 2012 with classes offered for all abilities from ages 6 through to adult. Although some classes are open to all, the Academy provides a progressive route for students to become part of the ADF Elite Team, Dance Crew or Cheerleading Squad aimed at nurturing committed, passionate and independent individuals with highly tuned technical, creative and performance skills ready for opportunities and experiences, ensuring a constant level of growth and improvement within the Dance Academy with always having something to aspire too.

BEGINNERS DANCE

Fusion of commercial & hip hop dance styles to create routines to music that you love! Learning choreography in an encouraging environment within this feel good class that welcomes all abilities to begin their ADF dancing journey.

LADIES NIGHT (ADULTS)

Ultimate high dance fitness designed & choreographed to tone & burn calories in a modern way that feels more like a fun night spent dancing with friends to music that you love! Whether wanting to get in shape or simply just enjoy dance, this cardio class gives all individuals the chance to let go & feel free, uplifted & fitter from a workout created to experience the buzz of dance.

URBAN COMMERCIAL

Combination of commercial, hip hop & street dance to create the urban style in this high energy, fun filled intermediate class. Learning choreography to the most current chart hits with routines like you see on music videos for practice & performance.

The Dance Academy's Elite class is for individuals who show commitment, talent & a true passion for dance. Advanced training designed for those who are willing to go that extra mile, pushing for excellence & constant growth to perform at the highest level & compete as soloists. In addition Elite students gain valuable experience through exclusive opportunities & experiences provided as an insight & real glimpse into the professional dance world.

CHEERLEADING

Utilizing elements & skills of traditional cheerleading whilst learning modern dance style to create pom dance that you love within an encouraging & vibrant class combining jumps, kicks, stunts & a gymnastic element for students beginning cheerleading to be introduced to the style at its best.

ADF CHEERLEADING SQUAD

Cheerleading for selected students that show a love for dance & interest in cheer. Utilising elements & skills of traditional cheerleading mixed with modern dance styles to create cheerleading choreography with an edge. Fun & hard working intermediate training sessions that build great friendships whilst working together to improve individually & as a squad.

MUSICAL & MOVIE DANCE

Step into the spotlight with a class inspired by iconic musicals & movies. From West End to big screen, we'll bring show stopping routines to life while exploring a variety of styles including modern, jazz, lyrical, street, hip hop & commercial. Journey through the decades & recreate the magic of musicals when dancing to classics like Mamma Mia, Fame & Grease to contemporary hits like The Lion King, Hairspray & many more in sessions that focus on versatility & enhancing performance skills in a fun, feel-good & uplifting environment.

Weekly training session for dedicated individuals who are willing to commit to take dance to the next level & compete as a group. DANCE VIBES
