ADF Classes

Since 2012, ADF Dance Academy has inspired dancers aged 6 through to adult with high-quality classes and training in a fun, encouraging and innovative setting. While many classes are open to all abilities, ADF Dance Academy offers a progressive pathway for those wishing to advance their training and become part of the Academy Elite-Crew, Cheerleading Squad or Musical Dance Troupe.

These opportunities are designed to nurture committed and passionate individuals with highly tuned technical, creative and performance skills while providing valuable and exciting experiences both in and beyond the studio, ensuring a constant level of growth and improvement within the Academy with always having something to aspire too.

BEGINNERS DANCE

The perfect introduction to dance combining commercial and pop styles in a class that develops confidence, coordination, rhythm and dance skills through exciting modern choreography to music that you love. Designed for those beginning their Academy journey with all abilities welcome.

LADIES NIGHT (ADULTS)

Ultimate high dance fitness designed & choreographed to tone & burn calories in a modern way that feels more like a fun night spent dancing with friends to music that you love. Whether wanting to get in shape or simply just enjoy dance, this cardio class gives all individuals the chance to let go & feel free, uplifted & fitter from a workout created to experience the buzz of dance.

URBAN COMMERCIAL

A stylish and energetic intermediate class combining commercial, hip hop and street dance to create a commercialised urban style with dynamic choreography influenced by current music videos and artists. Urban Commercial develops pick-up skills, technique & performance quality whilst encouraging flair, individuality and personal style.

ADF ELITE-CREW

The Academy’s Elite-Crew is for individuals who show commitment, ability, talent a true passion for dance. Advanced training designed for those willing to go that extra mile in pursuit of excellence and continual growth to perform at a high level and compete as soloists. In addition students gain valuable experience through exclusive opportunities that provide insight into the professional dance world.

CHEERLEADING

An exciting introduction to cheerleading blending traditional techniques with modern pom dance choreography. Combining jumps, kicks, stunts and a gymnastic element in this vibrant class that builds confidence, teamwork and a love for cheer. Designed for those beginning cheerleading to be introduced to the style at its best.

An intermediate squad for students who demonstrate commitment and enthusiasm for cheerleading. Combining traditional cheerleading skills with modern dynamic choreography in weekly training sessions that strengthen technique, performance and teamwork whilst building lasting friendships as a part of a dedicated squad.

MUSICAL & MOVIE DANCE

Step into the spotlight and bring the magic of West End and big screen to life. Inspired by iconic musicals and movies, this unique class explores a variety of styles including modern, jazz, lyrical, commercial, street and hip hop. Engaging choreography taught to some of the most memorable songs from stage and film to develop versatility and performance skills in a fun and uplifting setting.

A specialised intermediate troupe for students with a passion for musical dance and performance. Weekly innovative sessions inspired by the West End develop technique, performance quality and creative expression while exploring a range of styles. Through dynamic choreography, dancers broaden versatility and thrive within an inspiring and dynamic troupe.
